Theresa has graced Eftpos Now with the full spectrum of skills to complement our team of talented techs. She has a natural affinity for all things technology related, matched with genuine people skills which makes her customer service something to behold! This proficiency was refined through help desk roles and being out in the field for telecommunication companies (at a time when there were few women in technology based roles). She understands the importance of collaboration and being flexible enough to recalibrate when the need arises. Outside of work, Theresa is grandmother to 3 boys, and has taken up Raranga (weaving with Harakeke).
